Steps to Joining School of legacy by Montessori.
1.Fill out interest form
2.Schedule tour date
3.Proceed to fill out free application
4.Complete Family conference questionnaire interview
**Once the student and family interview has been conducted, school administration will evaluate the child’s application, and contact you within 2 business days. Upon acceptance, payment of enrollment is due and any fees associated.
5.Registration package must be submitted .

Package Checklist

• Parent’s Pledge of Acceptance and Cooperation (signatures required)
• Supervisor’s Interview and/or Testing Results for Enrollment
• Immunization Record on HRS-680 form
• Florida physical on HRS-3040 (the physical must be within 12 months of the first day of school)
• Food waiver
• Medical Authorization waiver
• Tuition agreement contract
• Photography release form
• Copy of Birth Certificate.

Enrollment is the process of applying and claiming a seat for your student.
Registration is the paperwork (immunization records, birth certificate, etc.) and any additional next steps (such as orientations or assessment
