Staff Requirements for a successful journey:
-Experience
-One Page Essay (Topic will be given after application is submitted) followed by an interview
-45 State mandated training hours (required by DCF)
-Montessori Certification degree
-Previous education
-Background check
-Fire Extinguisher certification
-Must attend two classroom mock sessions
-CPR, First aid, and aed adult and infant certification
